Shipping policy

Delivery Information

We currently offer a regular delivery service within our catchment area, this will either be weekly or fortnightly depending on your location. Please check carefully below to ascertain frequency of delivery to your postcode. We will contact you to advise you of your delivery day and our van will deliver come rain or shine.
For customers wishing to place orders for their given delivery day please ensure that your order is placed by midday the day before in order to guarantee delivery.
A delivery charge, currently £3.95 inc VAT, will apply to all deliveries in our catchment area.
For customers who have their orders delivered on a Monday please note that your order needs to be placed by 4pm on the Friday as the offices and warehouse are not available over the weekend.
Should you be unable to take delivery personally, goods may be left at a pre-arranged place. If no such arrangements have been made and there is not a safe place to leave them, goods will be returned to our warehouse and contact will be made to arrange a suitable alternative delivery day. This will be scheduled at the earliest possible opportunity.
