Hit or miss

When this food is good, the cats really like it. However, I have had two packets now that were freezer burned and appeared to have foreign matter in them. The packets are quite large and can't be resealed, so hard to keep fresh. Finally, there is no information on their website about their ethics, values or how the animals that are farmed for the food are treated. Reluctantly doubt I will buy again.
