Helen Thompson I had not realised that all your dog food seems to be raw and frozen now. My mistake! The dog won't eat it and I will have to throw it away. 😔

I am little confused that you mention our food is now frozen and raw and yet so much of what we sell always has been.
I wonder if it is not this Natures Menu product that you wanted.
Could it be another brand of cooked ambient product such as Naturediet, Country Hunter Pouches or Natures Menu 300g pouches? You used to order these previously.
We still sell lots of product that is not frozen.
